Elect Franke A. Hoheb, Democrat for Senate. Committee to Elect Franke A. Hoheb, St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands. My decision to seek public office was not taken lightly and was based primarily on my belief that I can make a meaningful contribution to solving many of the problems presently facing the Territory. I am extremely well- prepared for this challenge, having served in various leadership positions in both the Executive and Legislative Branches of Government. My experience as a Chief Law Enforcement Officer; Deputy Commissioner and Acting Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation; Property Manager, Chief Researcher and currently Chief of Staff for Senator Celestino A. White, Sr. for the past ten years has provided me with the experience needed to be an effective legislator.
