Our company was established in 2011, by a clinical pharmacist who, as a student of pharmacy in 2002, was trained in the principles of pharmaceutical care. This pharmacist was inspired by the concepts of dedicated medication counseling, becoming a patient advocate, correcting medication related problems, and collaborating with prescribers to ensure the safe administration of medications.
