Last summer, in the midst of the five months of 100 degree days, my thermostat was set at 73, and my house was clocking in at a balmy 80 degrees. Not pleasant. Aaron was able to come over to my house the day that I called, and have my air conditioner blowing ten degree colder air within 45 minutes, fixing the problem and drastically improving our comfort levels in the process. I was shocked at how quickly he diagnosed the problem, and even more pleased with the final bill!!!!! Aaron demonstrates an above average knowledge of all things HVAC (he has done significant work for my parents as well), and actually takes the time to explain what is happening and the proper fix. I would recommend Aaron ten times over!!!

I have never used Sensible Heating and Cooling, however I wanted to leave a comment. As I was driving up I-35 this morning, I was cut off by a Sensible Heating and Cooling van. He just cut right in front of me as I was beginning to come around him. I understand this happens sometimes...not that big of a deal. Yes, I was irritated, and simply put my hands up questioningly...what the heck? The driver promptly flipped me off. So, while I haven't used this company, I might have to question the character of the person doing the work. Since this seems to be a one man operation, I'm guessing that would be Aaron. Maybe he's nicer when you are paying him to do work......but then he lost at least one potential customer today, so I'll never know.

I've used and recommended Sensible Heating and Cooling to several people with no complaints whatsoever. Aaron's a good guy and is a man of his word. I respect the way he does business. There's no jargon to sort through. He makes sure you understand everything and does a great job of dumbing things down so that people understand. Thanks Aaron!
