That idea was to create an experience not much different from the ones that my grandparents had described to me. They told me, business used to be done with a handshake and that a mans word was better than any piece of paper a contract may have been written on. Times have changed and technology has evolved but there is no reason to think that business can no longer be built on trust while still expecting good and fair service at reasonable prices!
