Dr. Todd Russell (www.thevisitingveterinarian.com) is a wonderful resource for us in the Firestone/Frederick/Longmont area. He gave me tons of advice by email when my kitty had a nasty bite wound. I finally decided the cat had better be seen by a vet. Dr. Todd made a housecall and gave me the best news: my cat was already healing. To summarize, Dr. Todd gave much helpful advice without even seeing my kitty, and in the end, came to inspect tthe wound and it was a happy evening. Look him up! It's far less stressful than taking your pet into an office.
