I AM SHIPPING LLC (formerly NJ GOLD COAST SHIPPING LLC) is an unprofessional operation. They take your money (PAID IN FULL) and fail to deliver your items. Then they string you along for months with lies and they avoid your phone calls and visits to their office. You will end up paying more money to clear your things in Ghana yourself. They do not have a proper operation and office in Ghana at all. I shipped my things last summer and am yet to receive a large number of my items. The items I do have, I had to clear them myself at the port and most of them are severely damaged and broken. Save yourself the headache and use another service or you may never see your items again (at least in good condition) and will take months (close to one year some times before you see them again)!
