Classical Pilates

We specialize in the traditional method of Pilates. Owner, Kelly Recktenwald, is a second generation instructor, trained and certified by Romana Kryzanowska. We offer private and semi-private instruction on Gratz apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, traditional mat, barrels, and more. We also offer mat classes and workshops.
