Terrible business, terrible staff, ridiculous policy/ rules. I am an educated person and do not appreciate getting lied to, just for a power trip. My wife was in a roll over accident, and broke four vertebrae. We requested a real towing company, but because of some reason "All American Towing" was allowed to hijack our property. When I was in the hospital, afraid I may lose my wife, they refused to allow my brother to look at the vehicle and access the damage. They claimed only the registered owner could look at a vehicle in their lot. The next day I had to leave the hospital, show the "tow company" my ID so we could access the vehicle. A few days later I phoned to request my father be able to pay the bill with his credit card. I was informed the bill could only be paid in cash because "we've been burned with credit cards before". So my father drives from Brewster, MN with cash to pay the bill. When he gets there he was informed only the registered owner could pay the bill and access the vehicle. I has just missed almost a week of work and was forced to miss more work just to show someone my ID, again. No help was offered to pull the vehicle out of the large mud puddle it was placed in. My father and I were forced to pull the vehicle out of their lot, using his vehicle. We were simply lucky the vehicle was not registered to my wife, it would still be in the lot, for thirty dollars a day, because she is currently immobile. Never, never, never voluntarily give "All American Towing" a dime!

WORST “business professionals” I have EVER met! They’re lack of professionalism was like nothing I have ever experienced before. I was greeted by a younger guy who was IMMEDIATLY rude and condescending. He then proceeded to keep badgering me while also making rude condescending snide comments at me until I asked if he was the manager or owner. He then, realized he had lost in his little power trip and refused to appologize. Unless you like being badgered, verbally abused, and talked down upon DO NOT EVER USE ALL AMERICAN TOWING!
