Pharmacokinetic consultant in biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Provides pharmacokinetic expertise and leadership for the development of therapeutic candidates. Experienced in designing, monitoring, and reporting of pharmacokinetic, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PK/PD), toxicokinetic, and biodistribution studies, with specific expertise in the development of protein therapeutics. Provides analysis and interpretation of pharmacokinetic data (preclinical and clinical through Phase II), enabling informed decisions regarding dose and regimen selection for preclinical and clinical studies. Previous experience as an active participant on project teams, in preparing documents for regulatory submissions, and in managing a preclinical pharmacokinetic group.
