Prior to entering the home inspections field, Fred and Pam Peters spent over 25 years as custon home designers, remodelers and repair and maintenance specialists. They have extensive experience in diagnosing and repairing defects in a wide range of homes ages and syles, from homes on the historic register (circa 1880's) to homes less than ten years old. They have seen first hand the result of poor design or construction details, shoddy building techniques and deferred maintenance.
