Do not use this travel agent. Just returned from a cruise and the travel to and from the cruise was a complete nightmare!! Tonya did not take control of the situation(bus company SHE used was late both coming and going to the port). It was highly unprofessional. She and her side kicks left on the "good" bus instead of one agent on each bus! I would not let Cruise One w/ Tonya & Vickie Foster plan anything else, ever again.
