Do not even think about staying here at The Maples short stay motel. The owner Richard Hull Sr. is a slumlord who never does any repairs and never returns security deposits from tenants. I know people who have unfortunately got screwed by him. He goes into the dumpster area and goes through tenants garbage. He also takes an accupency tax of $90 when you move in which is suppose to be returned to the tenant after 30 days, once a resident and of course the money is never refunded to the tenant. He segregates the men from the women (strange) and doesn't allow you to have air conditioning. WTF ? This place is a hell hole that should be shut down. Do yourself a favor and find other accommodations than this place it's a nightmare.
