Truly disappointing experience. Owner is demanding, unprofessional, and talks down to customers. She has other businesses that take priority over web and graphic design so be prepared for your project to "fit in" to her schedule not yours. After charging me for my domain registration, I found she registered it to her business instead of mine and she is holding the domain hostage for 21 days now, refusing to transfer the registration and will not return my calls or emails. She charged me in advance for 1 year of web hosting which I have never received a single day because she never delivered the website either. Buyer beware - GET IT IN WRITING and be SPECIFIC if doing business with By Design.
