The technician was very thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. We were very impressed with his work and assessment of our system. He was not pushy in trying to sell us a new unit, even though we know we will need one in a few years. I will definitely keep Gill's Appliance Repair on my list for when the time comes to invest that money.

I was delighted with the service provided. Everyone involved was professional and a pleasure to work with. In most cases, I don't object to paying a little more for high quality goods and services. Gill's Appliance Repair LLC was the best of both worlds. I received a top of the line system for essentially the same price as quoted by others for what I would consider lower quality equipment.
