We had a great experience. Our old neglected basement room had a tired oak floor which needed a major lift and Mr. Gryko performed a superb job refinishing and energizing it, rewiring the room and giving it a whole new structure and function as the "family cave." His meticulous eye caught some structural problems that we were able to fix before major problems developed.
