We ordered a ham for Easter from this smokehouse and it was the best ham we ever ate! Not too salty and just a hint of sweet! Well done Hickory Hill Smokehouse. We will be back to for another. Also, your smoked blue cheese is delicous and very unique. An amazing selection for a small shop. Your smokehouse is the real deal. Thank You!!
