Shortly after, he moved on to Nikkolia's Roof for further training by seasoned French master Chef Marc Benoid along with AAT Culinary Arts at Gwinnett Tech for food preparation and management development, earning his diploma for food service management in the hotel and motel industry. At the Atlanta Hilton & Towers, he prepared American food, while at the Terrace Garden restaurant, he prepared Southern cuisine. He also received extensive training at T.H. Hamilton Management School for Piccadilly managers and assumed an Assistant General Manager position at the Travel Center of America after completing his management training program. Additionally, he attended Paine College and Clayton State College. He is currently serving cross-functional responsibilities in restaurant management and operations.
