Architects Rule is an architecture firm dedicated towards bringing creative design and high-quality construction together in harmony.

Paul Athineos has 25-plus years' experience in the field of architecture and is both NCARB certified and a registered architect in New York and Florida. He founded the firm on the principle that good architecture combines craft, detail, materials, and form for the purpose of giving our clients what they want. To do that, we listen and we work. We enjoy doing both. Our clients' needs, wants and desires give shape to all our designs.

Architects Rule rocks! They (Mr. Athineos and his team) really new how to work within the parameters of the building code. I am very happy with their design of my building and am impressed with how they worked within the limitations of the code but managed to maintain our program requirements. I recommend this firm to anyone seeking a good architect.

Architects Rule delivered an expanded second floor and a COO (Certificate of Occupancy) ahead of schedule. The architect, Paul, answered questions and returned calls promptly. I highly recommend this firm for creative design as well as back office administration–legalizations and COOs.

Architect's Rule was very instrumental in helping us achieve a clean, chic, organized and modern look in our design studio where clients often comment on the good interior design and tasteful choices which were proposed and executed by AR's gifted architects who bring an eye for practicality and up-to-the moment spartan design to their work. They were also true to their initial estimates and stayed on budget which was very important to us as it enabled us to realize our initial vision.
