On-site computer hardware and software support. A computer geek with 40+ years of hardware and software experience, I've seen it before! I have over ten years of experience trouble shooting and doing desktop and desk side support for a variety of computer brands and equipment. I was Help Desk Technician at the Community School of Naples a Pre-K through High School private school in Naples, Florida. In that role I was responsible as primary maintainer for Dell Desktop PCs, Dell Laptops, HP/Compaq Desktops and Laptops.
