Within the past few years, Shirk Bros replaced two outside doors as well as replacement windows. They also installed a roof vent. They do quality work in a timely manner and charge a fair price. They're great to work with and communicate well on the job requirements and all that's involved. They're men of integrity and good character. We highly recommend Shirk Brothers LLC! We recently bought a 44 year old house with old wood siding that was original, in poor condition and riddled with previous pest infestations. Randy came out and met with us for a good two hours to go through options. He was very knowledgeable and patient, weighing the pros and cons of each option with transparent honesty and no seemingly preexisting bias for one option or another, which we really appreciated. He could have tried to upsell us on the most expensive options, scaring us into upkeep and such, which his competitors tried to do and lost the job as a result, but instead helped us pick the best option for our unique needs. It was Randy's honesty, flexibility (willingness to work with us) and impartiality on vendors that won us over. His attention to detail and thoroughness was evident from the get-go as he made recommendations but ultimately respected our choices. When he had concerns, he shared them immediately providing thorough documentations (photos in real time) and always checking for validation of next steps. For example, while replacing all the siding and gutters on a pretty complicated job (we have a contemporary house with lots of weird angles) and doing a darn good job, he and his team also replaced 4 old windows and 2 doors (the last original doors/windows). Not only were they cautious to produce very little dust (quite surprisingly!) and NO mess inside the house. They were great!
