Fraud & Thieves. Had a service tech come to house. Claimed all my hard drives were bad. Had another more reputable computer store check computer & found I was lied to. Nothing wrong with any of the drives. Prepaid for services & new drives but service tech had excuse after excuse and never showed nor returned phone calls. Filed SAPD police report. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
