This company is horrible. We hired them off a Craigslist ad that stated a move out special of $150.00. There are two numbers posted on the Craigslist add 254-226-0636 and 254-702-0832. The two days it took for Mr. Brown and his company to clean my house they rescheduled my morning appointment to the afternoon and then were late! Mr. Brown failed to provide me with an invoice as he stated he would until about a month later, and then at first tried to charge me $50.00 more, until I brought it to his attention. We end up getting charged for carpet cleaning and house cleaning by our rental agency. Mr. Brown advised that he would refund the $150.00 and provide a tracking number. An "emergency" occurred where he could not provide my tracking number and it did not arrive the day he advised, despite being sent UPS so he claims. Mr. Brown also claims he does not receive my messages, as I have txted him at both contact numbers and sent an email to all emails I could find for him and this company. Do not hire this company, they are unprofessional, you will still get charged, and then you can not get a hold of them after.
