This is the easiest diet you will ever find! You can even use the Nutritional Shake Mix ON THE GO!! I have lost 50 lbs since i started the program. The average weight lose using the Shape Kit or better is 2 lbs a week! I highly recommend these products to anyone who wants to lose some weight or just get fit and stay healthy!
