The Shakes that are on the site Taste real good, not chalky tasting nor do they have an aftertaste. If you like chocolate, vannillia shakes then this is just great. The energy packs are good too. You dont come down hard, crash or get migranes like other products that you might use. This stuff really works. If I didnt use this or believe in it i wouldnt be doing this site.
