Paradise Car Service Left Us Stranded at the Tampa Airport on Oct 15, 2015. I would never use this company again for a number of reasons. I worked with Mr Neil Haberman and he lied to me no less than 3 times. I understand that people make mistakes but when we spoke with him in person he made excuses, lied some more, and made no effort to take responsibility for his mistakes. He told me he tracks incoming flights (he said our flight came in early, which was another reason the driver was late), he would have a driver there at 2pm, and when he gave the driver the incorrect arrival time, the wrong contact phone numbers, and we were left with no ride he blamed traffic. There was no traffic on the way to Tampa airport, we checked Google traffic. Mr Haberman had booked another client just before us which made our driver over 1.5 hours late. We suggested that maybe Mr Haberman could give us a 50% discount and he offered us "our next ride free". We told him we may never be back to Anna Maria Island so couldn't use a ride. He said we were out of luck that he gives no refunds, he "always gives the next ride free".
