I am so disappointed with this company! They were nice or at least pretended to be. I walk in, all I asked was that my new dc jack be soldered to the wires. I walk out with an unusable power cord, my mouse pad is not connected, I have a hole in the body of my laptop (granted they tried to fix it), and now as I'm trying to unscrew my lap top again the stinkin' screws are so tight and 3 of them are stripped. Plus they never promised it back to me when they said they would! NEVER go here.
