Bluewater Concrete does atrocious work. After paying 1/2 for a patio slab to be poured, it took 3 days from scheduled date till completion. We paid for a 4' thick slab with thickened edges. What we got was a slab that at most was 1 3/4' thick with no thickened edges, a horrible brushed finish and wire mesh that was just below the surface. I know this because I had to pay another company to come in and do the job correctly. After a week of dealing with Mark Koch, the owner, he agreed to a partial refund, an amount I put on the table. When that date came to have me paid back, he refuses to answer his phone or call me back. He will not respond to texts either. This now has to go to small claims court. This whole experience dealing with Bluewater Concrete has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and use another company.
