This place is full of lies. Our dog was there from July22- Dec. 30, 2012 five months and 8 days. The first month was good. During the second month problems started to arise. The owner Carlye Pearson told us that she was going to put him in a large runner since he was long term, but that never happened it was a lie. Within the second month he had an injury on September 14, 2012 that cost $104. 75 which was no big deal, but happened by the carelessness of employees and owner not taking care of him while he was out in the yard. Carlye told us that we would be able to visit our dog anytime. Then the rules changed. We had to call and they would give us a time go see him. In the end, it was just once a week and maybe two if we got lucky. Carlye said they would stay open late for us to see our dog, but they would give us a set time usually at 4p.m. On December 18, 2012 Carlye called and told us it was the last day we would visit our dog was on Dec. 18, 2012 until after Jan. 1, 2013 we could visit him. Her employee called us Dec. 28, 2012, that she was concerned about our dog's weight and appearance. Her employee said he lost weight and he was "thin and bone" quote on quote. We went to see him that afternoon ,and we took some pictures and signed a paper to put him on open feed. My wife commented and told the employee that if it was a bad case we would call the county inspectors. On Dec, 30, 2012 one of her employee's called telling us the owner Carlye wanted to talk to us. My pets have been going here since they opened back in June of 2012. I can't believe how happy they are everytime we arrive. These people truely care and it shows in my pet's happiness. They go above and beyond to ensure the comfort of each and every pet. Thanks so much girls!

My Dog died in there care. When I arrived to pick up my dog was when they noticed they couldn't find my dog. Said she was missing …

My Dog died in there care. When I arrived to pick up my dog was when they noticed they couldn't find my dog. Said she was missing a run away. They didn't help look for my dog as I spent 45 minutes searching the area myself. When I returned to look in the kennel I found that my dog had never been fed. All cans of dog food that were sent to feed my dog had never been opened. They insisted they feed what the owners bring but the 4 cans in the same bag I brought them in were unopened. Once I then went back to search the kennels & play yard I discovered my dog dead. Supposedly she had been alive at 2pm & I found her at 4pm. According to a vet she had been dead over 6-8 hours. Would highly recommend you go somewhere else then here. After speaking to a number of people it is understood that the owner is not really involved it the business that she lets her kennel assistants do all the work.
