Master Chef, hand crafted Caramelized Pecans It is my pleasure to introduce to you Nelly's Caramelized Pecans by Gitschner's Production, a uniquely, delicious pecan with a crispy crunch like none other. We use the freshest nuts from the most recent crop of Texas pecans. Our pecans are carefully crafted over a three day period, layering flavors from the core of the nut to the outer layer. Our nuts are not laden down with clumps of heavy gritty sugars but are infused with intense flavor Several flavors are available: Original, Asian Spice, Azteca, Tex-Mex , Curry Vanilla, Fredericksburg Peach Wood Smoked, and Fire Roasted. All are multifaceted in flavor; Original is a delight, and a favorite for those who can't make up their minds on our other flavors, it's known as the "thrill with a snap". Asian Spice has the most alluring, exotic spices from the Far East. Curry Vanilla is a tantalizing burst of aromatic flavors from India, Tex-Mex has bold and intense flavors of Mexico rounding out it's individuality with chipolte, lime and cilantro. Azteca reminisces the historic flavors of mole and spiced chocolate. Our spices are ground and prepared fresh for each order. The Peachwood Smoked Caramelized pecan is deeply smoked for hours with the sweet wood of the Fredricksburg peach tree . All the flavors pair beautifully with cheese, salads and fish.
