We are a martial Arts Academy offering classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, and Women's Fitness Boot Camp. The facility is 15,000 square feet and fully equipped with a boxing ring, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mats, Muay Thai heavy bags and a changing room with showers. We also have children's classes starting from the age of three. There are also women's only classes as well as our Women's only Fitness Boot Camp. We are open 7 days a week starting as early as 6:30 am...
