Darryl at Mr Phix helped me out when I was in a quick jam. I could tell he was legitimately concerned with resolving customer issues instead of treating every customer that walked in like a big dollar sign and price gouging at every turn, which seems to be so common at most computer/smartphone repair shops. It was refreshing to see a technician who was putting customer first! If you ever need your desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet fixed, Mr Phix is the only place in Wilmington that I would trust to do the repairs!
