i recently purchased a lot from Community Compassion Ltd, after doing so before having a nipa hut built on the lot my family visited the island, at the time no structures are available to live, so we had to bring tents, the experience and the pristine of the island and water was incredible, this was truly paradise, we are so excited with the ownership of this land, we are already planning future trips as well as thinking of renting the nipa hut to other family and friends we know and to others that we plan to rent to from around the world, we know there is no other place to own such pristine island land any where in the world for this price, and might buy another to rent full time , so we can visit when ever we want without having to schedule around renters, the travel to the island was made enjoyable and stress free from Vinny and his associates, with out being to costly, for traveling back a few times a year. Really nice down to earth people, honest and will help you thru all the details of any transaction, If I had money I would help them, If I ever get money I will send it to them It is a worth while cause for the average person, , Its like giving to a friendly neighbor.
