Today 6/18/2014, Ms. J, a driver for this company told me to give her 8 dollars for a round trip fare to work. I usually pay 5 each way, however this morning when I gave her the five she told me to go ahead a give her eight and she will be back to pick me up at 3:15. I called her several times today. The first time I called she answered and told me that she would be there. I called several more times and she did not answer. I had my wife to call and she answered from that number and told her that she would call back in a few. She never called back and did not answer the phone. My wife then called from a different number and she answered. Ms. J told my wife that she was in Union City and would be there in a "minute," and hung up. I waited until 7 o'clock and she never showed nor did she answer her phone or return calls. I eventually had my wife to walk to College Park train station and find another transportation service to pick me up. I will never use JVE transporation again and I will inform everybody at College Park Station that I come into contact with. I am glad that this company is registered and is a LLC. I will make a formal complaint Monday morning with the courthouse.
