Linda Mayfield is a crazy, bias lady. She believes in all sterotyped that the world has giving other cultures but her own. She forces her views on you and will fire you if you don't agree with them. She comes off as a nice Christian lady but she isn't. She has no problems being cold hearted to people that don't share her faith and views. I work for her for a week and I wanted to quit on her before she hired me on permanent. Thank God she didn't Agree with the way I chose to fill out my tax deductible w4. She said I was stealing from the government which I wasn't. She is a real quak job. I hate to be mean but if your an African American I promise you she thinks your a Thief or if your a Muslim your a terrorist. Linda is also my next door neighbor and a Trump supporter. I just found it funny with all her analogies she comes up with for her to vote for trump and the irony of her to argue about someone taxes wages as if trump releases his tax returns to better her knowledge of a real crook. I wrote this to save another person from wasting their time on her. She isn't professional. Not even her work. She use cheap comet dish liquid soap and a rag on everything. She don't have the cleaning products or tool to clean with. She expect you to use your fingernails to pry dirt up. Overall she talks to much, pay too little and crazy as heck. She not worth the headache. She will not respect you space

I would recommend that anyone use or work for this company Linda Mayfield the manager is very unprofessional. I went in on an interview with Ms. Mayfield she kept say she can’t believe people can’t pass back ground checks and drug screens. I assured her I have a clean background but I was honest and told her I was arrested when I was younger for being at the wrong place with the wrong people (over 15 years ago) and it does not even show on my background. She chose the young lady with no experience because she had never been arrested before. I called and asked her if she had looked at the applications she said she was still looking. I asked her if she was being bias due to the fact that I was completely honest about my childhood. She then said she found someone more qualified. I have a master’s degree in Counseling and have been cleaning on my own for over 10 years. Not to mention she said you don’t have to have any experience in the interview. I just wanted to do this review because it saddens me to know people like her still exist. I have filed two formal complaints against the company and I will be taking this issue to social media. And she said this was a Christian company who believes in helping people. Well I can truly say there is nothing Christian about her. After I told her I knew the truth and that what she was doing was not only wrong but against the law she called back. I did not answer the call good day! I would never work for a person like her.
