I hired John in May 2019 to manage the sale of my townhouse in Las Vegas, NV. He told me what to do to get it ready to sell. When it was done, it was listed and sold in 3 days for full asking price. I have hired john goad as my realtor in october 2018 and i ended up getting my house in the end of january 2019 but let me tell you about my experience.The first time i spoke to john goad on the phone i got a great vibe from him but i still wasnt sure till i met him,he is a very professional realtor and he knows very well the market,very punctual as well which is very important in this kind of business,what i really appreciate about john is that he is not pushy at all which is hard to find these days and he always looked for the best interest of his clients,i consider myself a very tough client and hard to please but john has been very patient with me throughout the whole process,i'll tell you we had looked at almost 30 houses if i still remember before i made up my mind and john was very supportive of me,i will definitely hire him in a heart beat as a matter of fact i am thinking about buying another home and i will not hesitate to call him again for another wonderful experience.
