DO NOT HIRE. Never paid for the things that were stated he would pay for. Show up and work half days and then try to rob Peter to pay Paul. Work looks great, just not impressed with his character. Find someone else to do your project. Plus the other reviews of this business are from the fricking owner. c'mon man.
