Owned By Parrots Aviary, Shannon, is a great place to go to get your new companion or supplies. I purchased a Green Cheek Conure baby from them in Dec. and was able to not only keep visiting the aviary while my baby was being hand fed, but also I was able to meet the parents of my baby, and a sibling from a different clutch and play with him to make sure that was the species I wanted. They are knowledgeable and very caring. And they spent a lot of time with me as I had a ton of questions wrote down to ask the day I picked up my baby. All my questions were answered and I learned a lot more then I planned on.

I own a some what high strung Greenwing Macaw and getting her beak, nails and wings clipped can be quite an ordeal some times (most times) and I will not compromise and take her to Casa La Parrot. I just wont! I found Owned By Parrots on the net and set an appointment for them to come to my house. What a great ideal, anyway Shannon, the owner, came to me and gave us the least stressful clipping we've had to date. Shannon was very knowledgeable and skilled. She has awesome prices (donation(s)) and she comes to you. I used to pay the few vets in town that do birds $70 to stress my bird out and really not even do a very good job. I will use Owned By Parrots as long as I have my bird. highly recommend. Wendy T from Middleville
