Ms. Beaulieu is a gifted Yoga instructor. She knows how to teach beginner Yoga in an inspiring manner. She does offer more advanced classes, but I wanted to start at the beginning. She gave me confidence, even though I am in my 60's and not very limber. The classes are helpful in regaining more fluid movements. I highly recommend Beaulieu Yoga Studio.
