For over two years, I have trained with Tony from Fit Body 4 You. My progress has been consistent as I have gained upper and lower body strength; gradually lost and maintained the loss of 40 lbs., and have become seriously committed to a regular exercise regiment. Tony takes pride in his client training and shows a very personal interest in their success. He monitors their cardio programs and eating habits beyond his studio. He motives us to work harder and not give up when things slow down. Tony is also very flexible and adapts my workout sessions to accommodate periodic knee pain. My cardiologist has been extremely impressed with the progress that I have made since working out at Fit Body 4 You.
