I am a local Knoxvillian and Freelance Mechanic. I will recycle your junk car and pay you in cash. I will need a title if the junk car is a 2004 model or newer. If it is a 2003 or older, I can buy it from you without a title. You will need registration in your name, the keys and sign a bill of sale with your ID and thumb print. I can't buy the car if it looks stolen (busted out windows, busted ignition lock, etc.).
