Alchemy Hour is a surf inspired shop located at 101 Baker Street in Maplewood, NJ. Alchemy Hour is a surf inspired shop located at 101 Baker Street in Maplewood, NJ. I opened the shop in August of 2011 and in just over a year Alchemy Hour has grown from it's original collection of women's clothing and accessories to include MEN'S clothing and accessories, home-made grooming products, jewelry made by local artists, vintage* pieces for women and men and (introducing) our online store! The idea behind Alchemy Hour was to bring a style that was "coastal cool" ( <- maybe a little corny... but i love it!) to areas where the brands that best represent that laid-back and a little edgy surf style aren't readily available.
