Concrete repair and installation PCD's owner, Rebecca Lavigne, has been in the concrete business since 1998. She brings the knowledge and practices of commercial concrete techniques to residential homeowners. PCD is dedicated to producing structurally sound concrete projects that will last. We use only the highest quality products available for our resurfacing projects and our sealers are the best and strongest in the industry. We can transform your old concrete into a "new" surface that is protected from the elements, easier to maintain, and brings curb appeal and value to your home. Surfaces commonly improved by our products include driveways, garages, patios, basements, laminate counter tops, pool decks, and more. We offer a line of garage floor coatings, cement products, and pigmented sealers. New concrete? That too!
