I had a problem with my heating system, I called another company which came out and dismantled my heater and told me that I needed to have the heater replaced, my heater is only 13 years old I replied to him, he said that there was a crack in the chamber and I was leaking carbon monoxide, he tried to sell me a new heater on the spot. I told him I would like my heater put back together, he would not reassemble my heater saying it is dangerous. I decided to get a second opinion and called Naperville heating. Cliff came right out the same day and assessed the problem, put my heater together and replaced the ignighter and told me that my heater was still in good working order, he assured me that there were no cracks in the chamber. He saved me thousands of dollars. His honesty is to be commended in these hard times. I will only use Naperville Heating and Air Conditioning from now on.
