Our mission is to provide assistance to animals who are unwanted, abandoned, surrendered or lost. Our Purpose: To help the animals in the Rockwall and Heath Community find forever homes. To rescue animals from abusive and neglectful situations, including puppy mills and "backyard breeders". To help educate the public on proper animal care and promote spaying and neutering of all pets. To provide medical treatment for all animals in our care. To place rescued animals in permanent, loving homes. History Established in 2012 In Aug 2012 the Collin County Humane Society (est in March 2008) was contracted to take over management of the Rockwall Animal Adoption Center. All of the animals at the facility are fully vetting, including Spay/Neuter, full set of vaccinations, Hw testing for dogs, FIV/LUK testing for cats, microchip and HW prev while at the facility.
