ALL of my Cresteds are raised as if he/she will be in my home forever. They have all short and are potty trained. They are socialized to other animals, family and friends. Please know that there is always some training on our part once you get him/her to your home but they are much easier to adjust to you way of life, and they are very smart dogs. They are raised inside with us and are given a lot of attention every day, 7 days a week. Each Crested holds a very special place in my heart. I can say that I still communicate with 85 percent + families that I have ever sold a puppy too. It maybe my a quick text message, email or phone call. Statistics prove there are more than enough homes for all homeless pets. We believe that by convincing more people to adopt instead of buying their next dog or cat, we can save the lives of pets who are currently being put down in area shelters. Nearly every pet we have available for adoption is a healthy or treatable pet who was at risk of being killed at a shelter. (Shelter killing is the number one cause of death for healthy dogs and cats in the United States.) We received the Henry Bergh Leadership Award from the No Kill Advocacy Center in 2011.

Our Purpose: To help the animals in the Rockwall and Heath Community find forever homes. To rescue animals from abusive and neglectful situations, including puppy mills and "backyard breeders". To help educate the public on proper animal care and promote spaying and neutering of all pets. To provide medical treatment for all animals in our care. To place rescued animals in permanent, loving homes. History Established in 2012 In Aug 2012 the Collin County Humane Society (est in March 2008) was contracted to take over management of the Rockwall Animal Adoption Center. All of the animals at the facility are fully vetting, including Spay/Neuter, full set of vaccinations, Hw testing for dogs, FIV/LUK testing for cats, microchip and HW prev while at the facility.
