Nazareth Agua Caliente Villa was established in 2011 to provide affordable Alzheimer's and Dementia care for the elderly.

Agua is a historic property and former Sonoma landmark. This is a European style villa transformed into a quaint Assisted Living with Memory Care community. You won't find the modern décor and glamour of high end AL's. This stone constructed building from the 1800's reminds our older folks of the their childhood days. Agua stresses care and affordability without costly frills.
