Never use Templar Renovations or Jeffrey Stiehr. Avoid him like the plague. He is a known drug addict and scamming criminal. He will bid on a job, try to convince you that he needs payment up front, and then you will never see him again. If you do run into this contractor. Please notify us at this Facebook group.
