Backwoods Kick was founded by Rich Smith & Sheila Woodyard in the Appalachia region of the Ohio River . Rich and Sheila started their adventure as SnR Produce And Snacks in Alligator Jacks Flea Market. First selling local grown produce then moving on to include Amish made products. Then as the company grew they realized a great deal of waste was being produced by their booth in apple 2nd's.
