Bullseye Builders Group, LLC was founded by Tom Roche, a United States Navy Veteran, with an outstanding service record, who has over twenty years of experience in all areas of construction. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elon University and a Certificate in Project Management from Boston University, Tom has a strong management background and has completed numerous projects in the Greater Atlanta Area. Tom has worked for some of the leading builders in the area, such as Centex Homes, Waterford Homes and CCM Homes. He has experience as a Superintendent at Sugarloaf Country Club for Hiluard Kitchens Homes, where he honed his knack for attention to detail. Most notably, Tom was the leading builder at Hamilton Mill in Dacula, GA, for a period of four years when Waterford Homes was the leading seller for the 2,400 home project. Most recently, Tom has spent over five years as a Project Manager for a National Restoration firm, performing insurance restoration projects for all of the major insurance companies in the country, becoming a certified fire and water restoration manager. He has completed jobs from $1,000 upward of $600,000, managing the project from conception to completion. Bullseye was formed to provide construction management services for Homeowners, Commercial and Residential Builders as well as Restoration Contractors.
