Not good! Appraisal was done our home 3!yrs prior came in 40k higher than she appraised. Missed that the basement was finished since that last appraisal. Had down on our paper work that we had an oil heating system. Wrong we have a state of the art natural gas boiler that was 10k. We had a 24x40 garage built behind our home since the first appraisal that wasn’t taken into consideration. 10k in landscaping that was new since last appraisal, and a completely remodeled back porch. To say the least I would have to say she’s clueless. And based her appraisal solely on comps that were not comparable at all. Would never use again or recommend to anyone.
